  Reed is the best! Thoughtful, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to schedule appointments. Reed has helped an elderly friend of a number of times with his hearing aid problems and repairs. We highly recommend him!!

  Staff is super friendly and works very efficiently! There’s very good vibes that go around and coming here is never a hassle because they get you out in no time! I definitely recommend coming here for your needs!

  Reed was very professional and helpful. He did a quick hearing check to help determine the correct settings on an already-owned hearing aid. His explanation was very clear and easy to understand, and he wasn’t at all pushy about a new purchase.

  After having researched several hearing aid manufactures, I met Reed Harris at the Woodbury, MN office of Miracle-Ear in November 2023. He educated me completely as to my hearing loss and the options available. He assured me that Miracle-Ear would stand behind the product at any office in the world. He started by expediting the delivery of my aids due to pending travel. I love my hearing aids! However, in June of this year, one of the rechargeable batteries was malfunctioning. As I live in Costa Rica, where there are no Miracle-Ear offices, and I was planning to be in Colorado in August I made an appointment for service at an office there. They sent the hearing aid to the factory for repair but it did not arrive before I needed to leave for Oregon. As it turned out, the Oregon office needed information from Reed, who spoke to them. He advised me that the associate in Oregon was not capable to calibrate my hearing aids. He offered to make the necessary adjustments himself and then ship the hearing aids to me in Costa Rica. WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The process of international shipping was more than either Reed or I expected, but he stuck with it until we received satisfaction. I cannot give Reed Harris and the Woodbury office anything but an A-Plus for expertise and Customer Service. Even if you are in the Twin Cities, I recommend you go the extra distance to Woodbury for professionalism and satisfaction.
