Very professional and courteous. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone that is having trouble with vision to pay a visit. They even except insurance if you have it.

We are all human, and mistakes can happen. What matters is how those mistakes are handled when they are brought to someone’s attention.
During my recent visit, my contact lens prescription was reduced significantly from +7.25 to +6.50. The doctor expressed a great deal of confidence in the change, even stating that they were “shooting for the stars” with the new prescription. Because of that confidence, I genuinely tried to give the adjustment a fair chance.
I understand that contact lens vision can fluctuate for many reasons, so I didn’t immediately assume the prescription was the problem. However, after opening a fresh pair of lenses and continuing to struggle, I realized something was wrong. I was having difficulty reading letters and numbers, to the point that it affected everyday tasks.
When I called to express my concerns, I was disappointed that I was never offered an apology or acknowledgment that the prescription change may not have worked for me. I was also informed that because I had opened a box and used one pair of lenses, I could not exchange the remaining unopened lenses. While I understand company policies exist, I only continued using the lenses because I was encouraged to give the prescription time to adjust and was assured the change would be beneficial.
Unfortunately, this experience reinforced concerns I have had from previous visits to this location. I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and out on the cost of 5 months worth of contacts that ultimately will not work for me.

Great and knowledgeable service from the folks at this LensCrafters. I was able to get an eye exam appointment within 2 hours of calling using the tele exam option (same high quality exam with a remote optometrist). I was also able to get the exact glasses I was looking for within the help of Frank who was very knowledgeable of the options and he even helped me save a bunch of money by selecting lower cost options without compromising what I needed. Overall, my family and I will be using this LensCrafters location going forward.

Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. What is involved in an eye exam?
An eye exam involves a series of simple but comprehensive tests that allow your optometrist to assess your vision and your eye health. Your optometrist will discuss the results of your eye exam with you and determine the right prescription to help you to see your best.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients).
