- ABAllison BraskJul 28, 20262.0I walked in and felt kind of judged by the instructors when I said I was there for a C2 class. Turns out they were right to judge me LOL. It was not the C2 I'm used to (I've taken over 120 classes at the downtown MPLS and NE studios). If you're into fast paced cardio with no holding of poses, no sanskrit names, no instructor guidance or corrections, and counterintuitive flow sequences with non-traditional poses (what is a curtsy lunge?), this is the studio for you. If you're an older yogi or have injuries, please go to a more traditional studio! The way speed was prioritized over form could result in horrible injuries, and the instructor didn't offer any modifications during my class. Perhaps a different instructor at this studio would be different, but it's not worth the risk for me. I'll be driving the extra 20 mins to the downtown studios
