⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent instructors! They are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Every class is well organized, and they make everyone feel welcome while encouraging proper form and steady progress. I always leave class feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend Club Pilates Woodbury!
