  Wow. 10/10 experience for a not super great discovery. Found lice on a Thursday night, was able to get into an appt at 10:15, and our lice tech was outstanding. The education about lice and steps to take to try to mitigate incoming back were helpful. The calmness associated with telling us about the onset and treating of nits and lice was helpful. My daughter and I both had lice- my daughter’s had been a couple weeks, and mine 1week- and the lack of shaming and amount of education and normalizing telling others about the state of the state were great. We were hopeful to go to a birthday party after the treatment, and our tech even talked to the host of the party to ensure we wouldn’t pass lice to a close knit groups of friends was unmatched. Would recommend lice lounge to anyone!

  We have used the Lice Lounge a few times now and each experience has been great. We were most recently in for a head check, their thorough comb through and examination left me at peace. We will be using the Lice Lounge anytime we have exposure in the friend group or within our daughter’s sports teams. We know we are in good hands at the Lice Lounge!

  So happy with our experience here. My 3 year old had confirmed lice in her hair at school and we were able to book a same day appointment for treatment. Once we got there, they set her up with snacks and a tablet and she was comfortable the whole time. The woman who helped us answered all of my questions about lice, since this was our first run-in with it and she really put my mind at ease. Sent us home with some shampoo and we'll follow up with them in 2 weeks.

  I just had the best experience with Megan. I had a suspicion that my daughter had lice. So like any mom I took the entire family in to ge checked. Luckily we caught it right away and just my daughter had it. At first I felt very embarrassed and gross to be walking in with potential bugs in my kids and I hair. Megan however changed that. She normalized having lice, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. Answering every question we had. Telling my daughter when she found out who had it that it was okay and wasn’t her fault and every little girl gets it once. Words can’t amount to how professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. Bonus they help the kids feel special with tablets, and juice boxes and fruit snacks! Thank you thank you thank you! Please give Megan a raise.
