They are the friendliest people and have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m informed and welcomed. I received several follow up texts, emails and even phone calls. Had I realized Pilates was a low impact exercise I would have tried it years ago! Might have saved some wear and tear on my body had I done so. I highly recommend this location, and Pilates in general, if you’re thinking about trying it out.
