    Brightstar Maplewood/St Paul office is rude, lacks communication skills and sensitivity towards a veteran that is vulnerable. They lack training and complain about the customers to their staff. If I wasn’t here for my father in law to advocate for him he would not get the care he deserves.

    All the Caregivers are teamplayers. They provided excellent care for our residents. Kristina was always open to fill shifts on short notice.

    My husband and I are new to Brightstar Care and are so impressed. The way the company is run is way above other agencies we have worked with. The aides we have in our home are professional and like working for Brightstar. It's great to have them as part of the team taking care of my husband.
