My experience with the staff was not great, I was shuffled back and forth between two employees and both stopped to help other people while they were "helping" me. My insurance seemed to be a mystery to all and the girl seemed new and was nice but maybe not knowledgeable. The guy started out super nice and then became less nice, he lost my paperwork and I had to stop him from asking the dr for it because I knew he already had it and apparently misplaced it somewhere. After 90 minutes, I left and decided to check on my insurance myself. I ended up ordering my glasses online to avoid having to deal with either of the employees. Also could not use the $20 off welcome coupon I was sent from Target Optical, even though it said it was valid on all orders over a certain amount.
