- TATa'Mia Arielle3 days ago5.0As soon as i came in i was greeted with very nice smiles and a nice greeting The manager Ms ophelia was very wonderful Marco helped me as soon as i came in got me seated and started right away not a long wait at all Also Jovita and Yessenia are great also you guys have a good funny professional team my first experience was amazing 10/10 would definitely recommend and Ill be back every year <3

They kept telling my wife that next week it would arrive and she waited almost a month for her glasses and one employee actually checked and happen to be in their office the whole time.

I appreciate your help and how amazing you are. I see how you have to baby sit the young ones (20-26 year olds) and how theyre always on their phones while you do all the work. I see you, I acknowledge you. They should give you a raise and promote you to manager at this point! I also appreciated my doctor who was kind, quick and efficient. Those 2 people are the only reason why this is getting 5 stars. I would have rated 3 prevously.

Said the computer showed I had cancelled 4 appointments and they no longer wanted my business. I told them that the computer was wrong because I had only canceled once and that was a week before it was scheduled. They said too bad. I ended up going to Dakota Eye Care, who I strongly recommend. Very impressed.

I had an amazing experience because of her, and I am so grateful she was truly a godsend. Ophelia the manager and the other employee Marco were absolutely amazing along with the Dr that seen me.
