- CCChaz CharlesApr 29, 20261.0We bought multiple pairs of glasses with an anti reflective coating from this store. The coating got ruined in a less than a year. The glasses were difficult to see out of. When we tried to use the warranty we had purchased we were told we must have exposed the glasses to heat possibly leaning to close to an open oven door and the claim was denied glasses still ruined. There were no instructions gave about heat sensitivity to the coating. The customer service reps were good the glasses worked fine but the coating is bad. I have other glasses from other places that have seen equal heat and no problems. This place had multiple glasses with the same problem.

I had an appointment with my daughter; I arrived at the exact scheduled time, but when I got there, they told me they had to reschedule me because they didn't have my insurance on file, even though this was my very first appointment at this clinic. I do not recommend it at all.

Ophelia (and the rest of the crew) went above & beyond to make my experience one to remember. After not being seen for years, I was treated like a friend that hadn’t been seen in a long time. Truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to following appointments with Ophelia’s smiling face!

Asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere. Businesses need to learn they are not entitled to my dollars but must earn it.
