- ARApril Rayne2 days ago1.0I RECOMMEND GETTING ALL INFORMATION IN WRITING BEFORE FOLLOWING THROUGH THE APPOINTMENT! All I am getting is "sorry for the miscommunication". I asked SEVERAL TIMES if there would be a charge for my son getting his tooth fixed when his composite broke off to be 100% sure that I didn't need to have a payment ready. He hasn’t even had the composite for 2 years! I was told everything was good to go and the only thing would potentially be the xray. They would be fixing it at no charge due to him recently having the work done. Now I'm being told that I owe $247 AND there will be an out of pocket cost for not being in network??? If I would've known that I would've checked around before sending him to office since that is where he originally had the work done. This should be illegal to tell a patient there is a $0 fee and then SURPRISE you owe $300 TODAY. This isn’t the first time they said “sorry for the miscommunication” either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
