Dr. Parrot is always very patient & kind with my son whom has special needs. Last but not least; the remaining staff at this location are phenomenal people that are always welcoming, polite, and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking top notch eye care.

- DADave AustinJul 25, 20261.0I ordered a pair of glasses last year that I only wear for about 10 minutes a day, just before and after I put in my contacts. I expected these to last a rather long time, but last night, after use that could best be described as delicate, the frames cracked. I brought them in, and Kelsey - who seemed to take an attitude of “What are you doing in my store?” - told me there was nothing they could do except order a new pair of lenses for $250+ and have me take a new eye exams (even though MN allows a glasses exam to be good for two years, so what’s up with that?) At my request, she did print off my prescription and I will be finding a new provider. I do feel bad that the bad service of one person is having me track down a different provider - this store was convenient - but when they sell glasses that are less durable than the $10 readers I get at Lunds’ and send us out without any sort of satisfaction, there’s a problem.
