On multiple occasions, Salecia has taken time to repair my glasses — she is incredibly nice and patient and fun and super talented. Salecia is the reason I continue to go here.

Dr. Randgaard patiently explained some issues I am having with my eyes now that I am closing in on 70 years old. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my yearly eye exam. The customer service is phenomenal…thank you! 😊

She happily helped me figure out the price breakdown with my insurance and was there to help when my order came in. Both times I needed to bring my kids and she was treated them warmly and even offered them a calculator to play with while we were there. I also interacted with Theresa and she helped adjust my sunglasses slightly to fit just right. I will definitely be back to purchase more glasses here in the future with the excellent customer service.
