I thought maybe I needed new frames but Mitchell said the frames are ok I might need the bifocals and trifocals adjusted with new lenses. He is very good. If you need new glasses or adjustments ask for him.

I came in for an eye exam and was considering getting a new pair of glasses since my previous pair broke. I made it clear to the staff that I don’t wear glasses often. Despite that, I ended up spending over $600 out of pocket—even after insurance—with a total of $1,354 before coverage. At the time, everything moved quickly, and I assumed the cost was standard for an exam and glasses. However, after doing some research afterward, I feel like I may have been upsold on multiple lens upgrades that weren’t necessary for my needs. I called just a couple of hours after my appointment to cancel the order, but I was told the lenses were already in production and it was too late to make changes. This is the first time I’ve left this location feeling uneasy and regretful, which is disappointing given my positive experiences in the past.
