Explore offerings from HOTWORX - West End on 1669 West End Blvd in St Louis Park, with popular isometric workouts and high intensity interval training workouts available at this location.
Hot Iso is great for all levels! This is the original HOTWORX workout that delivers a sequence of foundational isometric postures borrowing from athletic resistance training, yoga, and Pilates. It helps center you while developing a strong foundation and gives you a full body workout while you strengthen and tone your muscles!
Hot Yoga is the only yoga session where you get the benefits of infrared energy! Our style is an athletic posture sequence incorporating various styles and practices. Using foundational postures, this workout guides you through a balancing sequence using static holds and ends with core conditioning. Get the zen and mental recharge while detoxing in a short amount of time.
Hot Pilates is core and yoga style postures all rolled into one for a challenging workout! It fires up your core while focusing on the principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. Stay consistent with this workout to improve your alignment, coordination, and balance!
Need more intensity? Hot Warrior is our most advanced isometric workout and incorporates more challenging power isometric holds to help you discover your inner warrior! This workout tests your balance and core strength to the ultimate level.
Get ready for a rock hard ab workout! Hot Core consists of focused abdominal, hip, and lower back work and ends with infrared self-myofascial release and deep tissue massage with the use of a foam roller. Feel the intensity!
Who wants a nice booty?! Hot Buns is designed to target your glutes. This intense isometric glute workout uses two types of resistance bands, a small loop for use around the knees and legs and a large loop for squat postures.
Burn the most calories than any other HOTWORX isometric workout with Hot Bands! This workout uses resistance bands for a total-body workout that tones your shoulders and arms. It uses the combination of isometrics and slow dynamic reps with the band as resistance. In addition to the weight training type of muscle gains, users can expect to burn 25–30% more calories compared to Hot Yoga!
Improve your poise, posture, strength and balance in our Hot Barre None session. You’ll be using the sauna wall as a workout tool instead of a barre, hence Barre None! This workout guides you through postures derived from ballet and slow dynamic reps to help you develop long, lean, and sexy muscles. You’ll notice a butt lift and great legs with the consistency of this workout.
Hot Stretch
Hot Stretch is a one-of-a-kind stretching session based on a pro-athlete version of stretching and adapted for general fitness. It will increase flexibility and pliability for muscle and joint longevity, while giving you incredible results and leaving you feeling completely rejuvenated! We recommend that members add Hot Stretch to their fitness protocol for at least one session per week.
Get ready for a high intensity bike ride! Hot Cycle is a high energy cardio workout performed on a Schwinn indoor bike inside the infrared sauna. This workout takes you up and down hills for a complete cardio workout and lower body thrashing.
Hot Thunder is the world’s first water row workout of its kind and the patented Thunder Row machine is exclusive to HOTWORX. It’s the first water rower to have a 360 handle swivel, double pulley system, and dual water tank. This is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, with an emphasis on your back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip flexor.
Hot Blast is designed to “blast” your upper body and lower body! It’s performed on the Keiser Total Body Trainer that gives you a full body workout. This machine is a combination of indoor cycle and upper body push and pull with levers. Burn massive calories with these high intensity cardio intervals.

I have been working out at this location of Hotworx for over two years, and genuinely love every workout there. The staff is kind and thoughtful, and they remember who you are! I'm always so impressed when they are able to pick up conversations with every person that walks through the door, but also can sense the vibe when I just need to chill out and not talk haha. I genuinely feel like I have made new friends here, and super impressed with how conscientious they are with everyone's different needs.
I've went at all times of the day and night, something I wouldn't do just anywhere, because I feel so safe. Never once have I felt uncomfortable, and am always greeted with a smile from the staff or other members working out. The staff is also super receptive to comments and ideas on how to make the space comfortable and fun, and I really don't have a comment other than keep up the good work! I know they have my best interests in mind, and really value a welcoming space for all.
Altogether, this location rocks and I will continue to be a regular customer there.

I had an extremely disappointing experience that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As an LGBTQ+ individual, I value environments where I can work out and prepare for my day without unnecessary stress or hostility, but that was not the case here.
I arrived at the gym around 10 p.m. intending to work out and then to head to work. After my workout, I needed to use the only shower in the facility, but it was occupied by a woman for 20 to 25 minutes. Understanding that time was running short, I gently knocked on the door to let her know someone was waiting.
What followed was shocking: she began yelling through the door in an aggressive and confrontational manner. To be frank, I wasn’t sure if there was drugs or a mental episode occurring: playing a role, so I calmly asked if she needed security or assistance due to her behavior, hoping to de-escalate the situation. Her husband, who was present, intervened after I walked away and explained to her that I needed to use the shower so I can head to work with the short time before my upcoming shift. However, instead of resolving the issue, she came out wrapped in just a towel and started walking around the gym inappropriately, making the entire situation even more uncomfortable.
This behavior, coupled with the lack of action from management left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. It’s unacceptable for a space meant to promote health and well-being to allow such an experience to occur. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to ensure a more professional and inclusive environment for all its members.
