  Frustrating and Unnecessarily Restrictive Return Process GNC really needs to rethink its return process. Apparently, only managers are authorized to process returns, meaning regular employees cannot help you even if you have your receipt and are within the return window. At this location, the manager is only available on Saturdays and during weekday daytime hours—not weekday evenings. For anyone who works a typical Monday–Friday schedule, that leaves an incredibly narrow window to return a product. Whether intentional or not, this policy feels designed to discourage returns by making them as inconvenient as possible. A return policy isn't particularly customer-friendly if customers can't reasonably take advantage of it. The employees aren't the problem here. This is a management and operational issue that creates unnecessary frustration for customers. GNC should empower its employees to handle routine returns rather than forcing customers to rearrange their schedules just to get their money back.

  Had a great experience at GNC. Alyssa was great. Very knowledgeable on her supplements. She gave me great recommendations. Very friendly and outgoing. Highly recommend seeing her!

  I visited this store as it was supposed to open yet it did not open until 10:20. Keith finally came out to the door and unlocked it without acknowledging me at all. After bringing my product up to the counter he still refused to acknowledge me despite repeated attempts to get his attention They also refused to price match an identical product I would give 0/5 if possible this experience was horrible

  Came at 9:40 on a wednesday. No one in the store. Still not open. Open when u say u open!
