Basically took about 1/3 of the time it typically takes for my fitting my glasses and contacts. Was not knowledgeable about the contact brands--a simple question like "is there UV protection, he didnt know. Wrote my prescription hand written with terrible writting.. mo electronic verson available. Definitely going to costco or anywhere else next time
