Northern Strength is a private 1:1 strength studio in Shakopee for adults in their 40s and 50s who want to be strong for their next 20 years. They're not chasing a look, but are protecting their life.
Most of my clients came in after a wake-up call: bloodwork that came back off, a back that gave out, or watching a parent's health decline. I train three 45-minute sessions a week, built around a real adult life - no six-day programs, no big-box gym floor. You are personally coached and progressed at a level that fits you.
If getting strong has moved from “someday” to “now,” send me a message and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
