  The classes themselves are good. The business processes need to be fixed and more customer friendly. The enrollment process was to essentially give them your card and they don't provide you any information and then they send you an email after letting you know the fine print, like you're locked in for 3-months. Cancellation after 3-months cannot be found online or in the app. It was tedious and they try to upsell you in the process. Additionally, even though I am paying for another month based on the timing of my request to cancel (and I am fine with that), my access to the app has been removed and I cannot book classes.

  I LOVE Club Pilates! Top notch equipment, clean studios, knowledgeable and caring instructors who put client safety foremost, and great workouts for any fitness level and Pilates experience. Joining Club Pilates was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My Pilates practice through Club Pilates has transformed my physical health and mental well-being.
