  This is my second bad experience with this company. Years ago I placed order for ileostomy supplies, they promised to handle it then told me that they could not make enough money from my particular supplies. They offerred me other options but it was cheap poorly made equipment (I am a RN). I spoke to them recently and brought in my supplies and they promised to order it. I did not hear from them for 2 months and nothing got delivered. I called them and same issue came up that they did not receive enough money from my insurance company to order the equipment I needed. They never called me to tell me they were not ordered.

  kind and easy to work with and help make something work for each person and care about there customers and needed help during cancer treatment medical supplies and they helped thanks for great service thumbs up
