Absolutely beyond pleased with these guys, the staff was super friendly and very helpful after a bad experience with another eye care company. They got me in same day and made sure I was in and out in a respectful time. Very appreciative and happy with this place!

My contact scratched my eye while working nearby and they helped me out right away, giving me a contact case and solution with no questions asked, even though I am not a client of theirs. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how they were able to help me. Thank you.

The woman who fitted me for the glasses and the man who gave me my glasses when they were made are the greatest. I really enjoyed getting my glasses made by them. I also appreciate the next step the woman took to tell me I had insurance that could be applied to my glasses. Very pleasant experience. Very good frames.

Chelsea was very helpful when I stopped in today to get my glasses repaired. I was unsure if they were able to be repaired because I was missing a screw. Chelsea was able to find a screw that fit and attached my frames back together perfectly, and she cleaned my lens for me. Amazing customer service!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
