Elizabeth worked extremely hard to fix them and did the best she could to make me whole! I walked out with a completely revamped arm and clean glasses! She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable! Thank you Elizabeth!

This particular store lacks the shelves of books and brand promotion that I've seen in the past, and it reminded me of my first experience shopping with WP in NYC back in 2012? I've been wearing WP glasses exclusively since then. the staff greeted me promptly and Anabelle understood what I was doing.... puppy had scratched up my favorites! I had fun looking at shapes and noting new trends... slightly heavier frame, softer edges, and I chose Zoya in the Lilypad Tortoise colorway. Anabelle found my previous records, recorded my updated prescription, reviewed the insurance benefits with me and got me all lined up with expertise and warmth. She was very clear that if I had any issues, needed a fit adjustment, or simply had a question that the store staff would be available. I think the whole experience was completed in about half an hour. Very very pleased and scheming to get a backup pair soon🥰
