My right lense was still blurry. After I reached out they fixed the prescription and had my glasses back within two days! Im very happy with how fast and willing they were to take care of it and thats all that really matters. Ill definitely use them again.

Ian was very kind and explained everything during the eye exam and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. I haven’t had such a great experience at an optometrist in a long time, so I thought I’d share!!!!

After 2 weeks, I am not happy with it because it's bulkyI I brought it back to return it. The customer service lady wouldn't allow me to return it. She said it's "accessories". I was never informed that it's not returnable when I bought it. There is no statement on the receipt mentioned that reading glasses are non-refundable. I bought many many prescriptions glasses from here fir years, never return anything, until now I wasted $63 for a pair of reading glasses. DON'T buy reading glasses from Lens crafter!!!
