  I had a great experience at Midwest Urgent Care in Rogers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood the treatment plan. I really appreciated how respectful and attentive everyone was throughout my visit. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service and care at an urgent care clinic. I would definitely recommend Midwest Urgent Care in Rogers to anyone looking for prompt, professional, and compassionate care.

  I met with Ammar a few weeks ago to start the Stemwave treatment. Before the treatment I was unable to walk on my left foot from an accident but as we’ve continued ongoing treatment, I’ve my mobility back. I would recommend this clinic and especially the stemwave treatment to anyone experiencing lower back pain.

  I had a great experience at Midwest Urgent Care today for my drug test and DOT screening. Amar and the entire staff were amazing—friendly, informative, professional, and very pleasant. They made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Midwest Urgent Care for your healthcare needs!

  Got hurt at work and was referred here .. have had a few appointments and my shoulder is feeling amazing! Each time I’ve come I’ve been greeted usually before the door shuts.. front office lady is amazing seems to always be in a good mood which is a huge benefit when coming in hurt that energy always just pushes you to get happy and healthy lol, always seen quickly. Lobby and rooms are clean and Doctor Ammar is truly a blessing!!! Went above and beyond for my recovery I’d give this office 10 stars if I could.

  I went to Midwest Urgent Care in Roger's Minnesota. I had blood draw orders in hand from 2 Dr's, hepatologist and rheumatologist and told them I have AIH and MCTD and needed labs done. I was told by an employee, Carrie, there they could not do it without direct orders from dr and to contact my Dr's and have orders sent to them, which I did that day. Later in the week 08/07/2026, I called them to confirm that they had received said orders. I was told by receptionist that they had them and to come in, which I did that day and had my blood drawn. Forward to today 08/10/2026, I called to confirm they would email my results to take with me overseas. I spoke with Amar, who told me sorry, you were misinformed, blood was not processed, they do not do labs for chronic illness, after they told me to contact my Dr's have orders sent directly and drew my blood. Carrie, was not knowledgeable and obviously has no clue. Amar was rude and unapologetic and unprofessional. I then called the manager, Mary, whom after trying to pacify me, admitted their error and said we will make an exception since it was their error, come back and get your blood redraw again and we will process. Her managerial skills were poor. She had difficulty explaining herself and she is the manager. I do NOT RECOMMEND Midwest Urgent Care in Rogers Minnesota at all. Their employees and their manager are inept. I will give kudos to their phlembotomist who was the only employee with exceptional skills and professionalism. Go somewhere else. This place in subpar, unprofessional, lack people skills and are incompetent. They dont know what they are doing!
