She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and spoke with a calm, no-pressure approach that made my experience educational as well as enjoyable. Considering the store just opened the day before and was experiencing high foot-traffiic, she was the perfect rep. you would want as the face of Warby Parker. I cannot text her highly enough!
