  Fabulous experience. The entire staff was pleasant to work with. They were patient and gracious while I was browsing. Got two pairs for way less than I was anticipating spending and they even helped me with my insurance reimbursement. Also loved that the frames are all displayed gender neutral and have a wide variety of fun, funky and classy styles. Five Stars! 🌟

  Wonderful experience! JM helped me find frames that were both comfortable and stylish that really fit well with my aesthetic! I ended up getting two pairs and taking advantage of the 20% off the second pair deal :-D

  I'm so happy to have a Warby Parker store in Rochester. I have been wearing their glasses for many years. My first experience at the Rochester store was perfect. Cassidy was patient, calm, honest and extremely helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Top notch customer service.
