I fell and absolutely destroyed my glasses. I was from out of state with an upcoming appointment at Mayo. Louisa was fantastic at putting them back together at no charge. Granted this was right before the store closed and she was extremely helpful, kind and highly professional. She went above and beyond what another (unnamed) eye care place wouldn't do for us. This place was incredible. Highly recommended. A++++ service. Thank you! You saved my entire trip.

Best eyeglasses experience ever!! Immediately when walking in the door we were greeted and attended by Louisa who is the best!! She is the sweetest, kind, patient, and highest caliber of customer service professional. We are so grateful to her for all her help and time in trying to find the best glasses for my mom. The glasses were made in 1 hr as promised and were PERFECT!! Thank you Louisa for being our eyeglasses angel 😇👓🙏😁A+++++++++

First time coming here, and I had a great experience! I ordered a repair tool online, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit my glasses. I came in, and a very kind gentleman （Stephan）was incredibly friendly and helpful. He patiently spent about 10 minutes helping me fix my glasses. I really appreciate his help and kindness. I highly recommend this optical shop — definitely one of the best in Rochester! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have a nice variety of men's, women's, kids glasses, and sunglasses. Very nice to work with. Glasses come in fairly quickly. Wheelchair accessible. You can get your eyes checked here as well to get your prescription updated, but it's technically a different company, they just work with eyemart because it's the same building. Would go here again
