  Anh was wonderful and introduced herself right away to make everyone feel comfortable. Very soothing and easy to follow. I would recommend, especially for starting your yoga journey!

  I have been practicing at YogaSix Nokomis for 3 years and it has been tremendously valuable for me. The variety of classes and schedule works well for me to build a weekly plan that fits my needs. The Y6 team has built a welcoming and supportive community that I enjoy being a part of. I particularly enjoy the way the instructors' personalities shine though while maintaining consistency across the various classes. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a variety of movement in a positive environment.

  This place is a real gem! The classes and instructors are wonderful, but the sense of community they create is what makes it truly special. Allison, Ashley and Kat are the instructors I’ve had most often and they’re all great.
