  I did yoga slow-flow for the first time off the free trial. I will most definitely give them all my money. Dani had good form , leads us through the motions with Vigiliance and Grace. She is like Trinity from the first Matrix except smiles more and prosbaly stronger and kinder. Her Playlist touched on many classic remastered with different instruments at different tempos. It ended with let it be. It was a sweat and moderately exhausting. My whoel body was stretched and strengthened. The last song was let it be. With floating dead man pose which almost put me to sleep pleasantly. This was the most impressive part because its 5:45pm and i have trouble sleeping. Fantastic and I feel peaceful. Probably how John Lennon felt. Ive never been this happy since the second Matrix(Reloaded) came out) Trinity actually sacrificed herself for Neo in that one like Dani did for us. Dont worry Trinity always lives. This place is a Sanctuary.

  What a fantastic workout. Kat is an excellent instructor. If you’re looking for a great Sculpt class, attend a Sculpt class by Kat at Y6. I’m a member of the Y6 team and have seen a noticeable improvement in my stamina and strength - full body! Added bonus- she’s funny and she will make you laugh while you’re working hard for 60 minutes.

  Ashley is a wonderful instructor. Patient, with those that are learning or not in the best shape (me) and challenging for those that are in great shape and need to step out of their comfort zone (my son).

  Kat has been so welcoming since my very first class and she has the perfect mix of calm yet uplifting energy.

  Incredible studio always extremely clean. Staff is friendly and all the instructors lead positive instructive classes!
