Visited at 10:30am on a Saturday when their listed hours say the store is open but doors were locked, no sign saying why they’re closed. Also there seems to be construction on the building, but the lack of signage is an issue.

Ross is a BIG dude. One that if you aren’t exactly into going to the gym or into fitness you might think twice about talking to. I’m here to tell you he’s here to help, and is a genuinely knowledgeable and kind person! Go see Ross for anything you need, genuinely a great guy and a great soul!

Gentleman working there today made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable with his lustful eyes. Also was very passive aggressive when it came to looking up my gnc rewards.

Staff will mislead you on return policy to make a sale. Make sure you're clear on it.
