You can tell Connor and Cole put a lot of effort into their work and actually care about getting you better and have you maintain good health. I would 100% recommend! Especially if you are an athlete like I am, I feel going here has made a huge difference.

He gave me a great PT program to follow, adjusted the program as needed when different issues arose, and help me modify current workouts to fit with my limits as to not re-aggravate the injury. Couldn’t be happier with where I am today versus where I started! Couldn’t recommend Lakeside enough 10/10!!
