StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Plymouth offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

As someone in their mid-60s, I find regular stretching really helps with my mobility and range of motion.

Before I started, I was dealing with a lot of hip, back, and shoulder pain from carrying around my toddlers. I would get out of bed in the morning and sometimes couldn’t even stand up straight for several minutes. Since going to StretchLab regularly, that has completely gone away. I’ve continued going every week because it keeps my body feeling good, but also because the studio is such a welcoming place. The flexologists are knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. I’m so grateful I found StretchLab and highly recommend it to anyone looking to move and feel better!
