I had similar bad experience with franchise owner on their method of reminder and club charged. Part of it is my oversight of my credit card charged but when I expressed an intent to cancelled you got the response like Comcast that tried to keep you hanging and try to use “contractual language” to lawyer their way into keep charging you for the service you had not used for 6-7 months. If this help this whole thing happen during the COVId aug 2020 that the spread still high and government locked down and restriction of half capacity mask mandate etc) I would say that a good center would have check that a member had been missing when the membership was to used up 8 classes a month(twice a week for 7 months) had. It show up and they still charge $159 a month. I would be open to discuss the option but the management seems to not want to talk about anything because they didn’t “care” enough hence the review rating. Before all the drama, I would have want to go back because the teachers are good. I would consider other club pilate instead of this branch.

I am a senior citizen and LOVE this Club Pilates!! They are so innovative to include classes for teens as well as for "older folks". The staff is great, and ALL CLASSES are able to be modified to one's personal needs!!!
