  This is by far my favorite place to work out. The Plymouth and Maple Grove locations are absolutely incredible - it truly is a community of people who care about each other and love Pilates! The instructors are inclusive and provide challenging workouts. All in all 11/10!

  Very bad experience with the Franchise owner. Would not recommend this place. Charged us with membership fees in June 2020 despite COVID and us not using the club at all. Multiple requests to consider COVID risks ignored, at a difficult time when businesses are going extra length to take care of their customers. Arrogant and non-responsive. Cancelled membership. I am amazed at owner's response below, very unethical to to tell lies. He did NOT offer refund and sent email we'll be charged $15/mth to freeze account. Below another email from him: "I'm sorry, but there's nothing to discuss. You are under contract and were already charged for June. You had the opportunity to reach out when you were contacted that we were re-opening." He said an email saying club will open, should be inferred as "you'll be charged". Well, this was only $89, but these practices will get the owner one day. No replacement for honesty, ethics and customer service in business. Good luck and I wish all the best to the owner!
