At Club GA, the Guardian Angels Wellness Center, we know how important staying fit is for your health and quality of life, especially as you age. At Club GA, a trained Wellness Coordinator will provide instruction and guidance for using fitness equipment designed for YOU! A membership to a Guardian Angels Wellness Center includes access to: State-of-the-art HUR strength training equipment designed specifically for seniors Cardio equipment to help build muscular endurance and stamina Resistance bands and other exercise accessories to help increase small muscle and core strength and improve range of motion and flexibility
