She's quick to offer at home stretches to consider to target specific muscles that often flare up for me as well as things I can do while I'm traveling for work that often aggrivate my trouble spots, and that's really helpful, too.

I tried several different massage places, getting packages and explaining that I wanted a full body massage, including hands and toes. I NEVER had a massage therapist who honored that request (even after explaining to the "manager" what I wanted). I was so BLESSED to have Tammy at the last location....and FORTUNATELY, she has a practice in New Hope. She is a miracle worker and I HIGHLY recommend her for your massage needs. I especially LOVE the way she allows time at the end to focus on any area that you want extra attention.
