  I highly recommend Better Health Concepts, whether you simply need a relaxing massage or if you need more therapeutic work. Tammy creates an extremely relaxing environment which allows a person to let go of tension and let their thoughts drift without distractions. She is also very knowledgeable about musculo-skeletal issues, so when I’ve experienced an injury or particular tension, she is able to address the problem in conjunction with my chiropractor. I am very happy to have found Better Health Concepts so soon after moving to the area and highly recommend Tammy as a great massage therapist.

  I highly recommend Tammy for massage services! I’ve been seeing her for prenatal massages, but she also has a high knowledge of muscles, pressure points, trigger points, shiatsu points etc. Tammy is friendly and welcoming and does a great job.

  I've been seeing Tammy for a couple of months now and really appreciate her approach to my chronic pain. With her help, I've been able to move better day to day. She's quick to offer at home stretches to consider to target specific muscles that often flare up for me as well as things I can do while I'm traveling for work that often aggrivate my trouble spots, and that's really helpful, too.

  For over 12 years I couldn't walk for more than 50 feet without my hip flexors cramping. Even after 3 months of Physical Therapy 3 times a week, no improvement. Turns out there are tendons that have to be therapeutically stretched beyond what you can do yourself with simple exercise. Tammy really knows how to apply pressure to just the right points to release that tightness. It takes special training and she's had it! Therapeutic Massage is much different than a relaxation, feel-good massage. My record so far is almost a mile without pain. You deserve the treatment required to improve your situation. And her packages make it very affordable. Go for it!
