YogaSix Minnetonka is a locally owned small boutique yoga fitness studio changing the way people think and experience yoga. We are located in Westwind Plaza at 101 & 7 near Orangetheory Fitness, Crumbl, The UPS Store and Bruegger's Bagels. We are directly across the street from Super Target.
We are community focused. Our inclusive, energetic, full-sensory workouts are designed to provide the mind-body experience of yoga that everyone deserves. Our classes are energizing, empowering, and fun. We deliver life-enhancing benefits through our core classes: Sculpt & Flow, Slow Flow, Hot, Power, and Restore. We also offer private training and TRX.
Whether you're looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga class for you. Beginners welcome.

- EGElizabeth G2 days ago5.0I just participated in one of the newer classes at YogaSix - Core. For weeks I was worried that it would not be a successful experience for me. To my surprise I was completely wrong. The class offered moves and poses critical to strengthening muscles that support balance and mobility (exactly what I need!). The instructor, Julie, provided modification options ensuring success for all levels of practitioners. I guess I should not be surprised as all classes I have taken at YogaSix have been positive, empowering and strength-building experiences.

- AAAlissaSep 28, 20265.0I absolutely love YogaSix! I’ve been going here for over a year, and it always feels like a getaway and true self-care when I attend. There really is something for everyone, depending on where you are in your practice and what your body needs in the moment. My favorite classes are Power and Hot, but I’ve also had a few injuries this year, so it’s been great to have the option to ease back into working out when I’m ready with classes like Slow Flow and Restore. It has such a personal feel, with that smaller-town feel that makes it feel so welcoming and homey. It’s definitely a place you want to keep coming back to. I highly recommend YogaSix!

All instructors are patient and kind and give you modifications to level up or down. It’s a warm, friendly place, with all abilities welcome! It’s also easy and convenient to get in and out on a timely basis.
