- KJKatie JohnsonSep 14, 20261.0THEY LIE ON THEIR PRICE QUOTES, DON’T TRUST THEM - I got a contact lens pricing quote for $740 with $400 rebate (so only paying $340). This was verbal and written as EXACT PRICING, not an estimate. After paying, my rebate was actually only $100 so instead of it being $340 overall, it was almost double at $640. After multiple calls, they said the price quote is actually an estimate (doesn’t say that anywhere on the paper and wasn’t said verbally to me). The best they gave me was an extra 4 weeks on contacts. Doesn’t really make up for that extra $300 I paid.
- SBSteve BaleSep 1, 20265.0Couldn't recommend enough. Lexie and Aaron are a joy to work with. Lexie is incredibly sweet and helpful, and Aaron is calm and thoughtful. The doctor takes his time and is very informative, they have a wide array of selections and in network coverages. I'm not from Minnesota, but I wish I could teleport this place back to my home town. Could not recommend enough. If you need eye work done, new glasses, contacts, or anything else, this is where you should be.
