  I have been working with Eric Eldred, Hearing Instrument Specialist, from Miracle-Ear for the past few weeks getting fitted for a new hearing aid. Eric did an outstanding job of diagnosing a unique set of problems and providing a solution that has dramatically improved my hearing. Eric went above and beyond to provide me with an outcome beyond my expectations. He is by far the best Hearing Specialist I have ever worked with.

  I went in for assistance with an unexpected service and was promptly helped by Eric. He fixed the issue and had my aid back to normal. This was not my usual location of service but I stopped by since I was very much in need of assistance. I'm grateful for his help with the matter.
