  I'm writing in regards to the wonderful experience I just witnessed with Eric at Miracle Ear in Hopkins. I recently brought a woman (Rita) with special needs under my care to an appointment with Miracle Ear and I was tremendously impressed with the service Eric provided us. He not only was excellent with his explanations and professionalism, he was truly exceptional at being aware of my friends situation and the extra effort it took to make her comfortable and help her comprehend what was taking place. In a case where my attendees needs had to come before a sale of hearing aids would be accepted, he was compassionate and engaging and made our Miracle Ear experience the kind where I would recommend Eric /Miracle Ear to all my attendees , family. And friends , without hesitation. Thank you Eric
