- CACraig Anderson2 days ago5.0I saw several glasses places over a week or so. No one could tell me how to fix my RayBan sun glass temple pieces. I finally found Tim at Ridgedale lenscrafters. He was a great help and more than willing to go the extra mile to figure it out. I needed to buy a different part as the ones I had bought were wrong Between him and a co worker they were able to show me which parts I needed exactly I ordered the parts and installed them myself A huge thank you to Tim an the Lens Crafter team!

First, when I was getting my glasses paid for and stuff, the employee was flirting with me. He was a grown man, he looked like he was 40 and HE KNEW I WAS A TEEN BECAUSE HE ASKED FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND INFO FOR MY GLASSES. He kept flirting and doing inappropriate comments. Second, the store didnt contact me about my glasses for weeks. When I called to confirm if they were ready, I got some attitude over the phone. Lens crafters were texting and emailing me about promotions and sales so they obviously had my info correct, they just didnt reach out about my glasses at all. The exams and the nurses were great but I would only come back for the exam and nothing else.
