- SSSamJan 31, 20262.0I would not recommend taking a class with Blake O as she heats the room hotter than it's supposed to be, her music choice was not good (who wants to listen to Princes Let's Go Crazy twice in the class when you are sweating and your heart is pounding I would prefer more pop/today's music, honestly none of the music she played was memorable), and I seriously wonder if some of these instructors actually do the whole class themselves. Who wants to hold a high plank for three minutes multiple times, it's so hard on your wrists. Also doing everything on one leg for a long time before you switch to the other one, just doesn't seem like she knew how to break apart exercises so you're not exerting yourself completely on one side/move.
