This was such an impressive experience, I now know what everyone is talking about with Warby Parker. The associates were super nice, helpful, transparent, and QUICK which was so appreciated. I put 30 min into my meter and was in and out within 10 -- including choosing lenses, measuring the frames and my eyes, submitting a claim with insurance, and providing shipping info. It was crazy. I think it's no secret that their prices are amazing too. Anyway, easy 5 stars.

The colleague that took over had the same degree of knowledge of the available frames AND great insight into considerations for lenses - These associates were a great blend of style and substance.
