I had a pretty horrible experience at this optometrist and won’t be going back again. They called me multiple times while I was at work to get my insurance information even though it’s something that they can look up or just type in when I got there which was super annoying. My exam was rushed and Dr. Mehta wasn’t listening to my concerns and then it was up charged for a astigmatism, even though I’ve never had one in my entire life and then the contact lenses that they sent me Are the wrong prescription and I have to take them out because I literally can’t see anything with them. I tried to call their office to clarify that they were the right prescription and they wouldn’t even tell me what my prescription is. I’ll just be ordering from 1-800-Contacts and Zenni from now on.
