I went here in December 2024 to get an eye exam and new glasses. When my new glasses came in, they didn't feel quite right and gave me some eye strain, but the staff there said it was normal, as it was my first pair of progressive lenses, which can take some time to adapt to. My eyes seemed to adapt somewhat over time, but they never felt great in these glasses. Pretty much every day by the end of the day I feel eye strain, sometimes develop a headache, which never happened before with previous glasses.
Recently I had a new eye exam at a different clinic, explained that my current glasses were my first progressives, and that I struggled to adapt to them. They checked the glasses and found that they were had no progressive feature, no difference in prescription in the lower part. They had 3 people check to verify. They also felt that the main prescription was not fitting of what my eyes should need, unless they degenerated a ton in the past 2 years, which doesn't seem to be the case, based off of how decent my vision is in contact lenses from the same eye exam.
So basically it seems like I was given the wrong lenses in the right frames, paid $800 for them, and find out 2 years later. I can't do anything about it now, can't get a refund or a correction. I just wasted money here two years ago, and have been dealing with eye strain and headaches ever since.
I have no complaints with the Dr herself, she seemed fine. It's not her fault directly that I got the wrong lenses.

Dr. Mehta always listens attentively, answers questions thoroughly, and doesn’t dismiss concerns. She speaks in a straightforward way and doesn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary treatments.
The staff member who helped me choose my glasses (sorry I don’t remember her name 😬) was incredible! I’m usually annoyingly indecisive, but she helped me narrow down my frame selection so quickly. She was able to expertly navigate my tricky insurance plan to make sure I got the best price.
I couldn’t be happier with this eye clinic and the staff!
