You ask to speak to their supervisors, but they don't connect you and they don't answer your calls. And if they don't like you, the attention they give you is terrible. I never want to return to this clinic or endure this mistreatment again. Appointments are evaluated every year, and it took almost two years before I could get an appointment for my 8-year-old son.Customer service is awful; they don't follow up with patients, and on top of that, I called to... I asked why they were doing this to me, to ask for explanations, and I was ignored at all times. The people who are supposed to be serving the community are not providing that service.
