- PRPat RobertsOct 6, 20265.0Went into the Maplewood Miracle-Ear today to have my hearing aids, cleaned and followed up because I was not really informed on how to use them and proper way to set them up when I originally got them so I got frustrated with the original store that I went to not gonna mention that store‘s name just out of respect, but I just gotta say what the issues that I was having I became in and dealt with Andy and whatever it is that he did and the magic that he performed he got my hearing aids working amazing and I am ecstatic that they are working like they are and it was extreme a pleasure working with somebody that was knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience to them or a burner bother to them he took his time to explain to me what he was doing as far as the app on my phone so I knew how to do it explain to me detail for detail what different things did on the actual devices themselves and cleaned them and got them working properly and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Andy I appreciate it. Pat. R
