Often patients require a treatment plan that involves a variety of services including procedures, medication management, physical therapy, and behavioral health. Under our care management program, these services are coordinated through our office to ensure a collaborative approach as we work to reduce and relieve your pain and return you to an active life. You must be referred to the Pain Center by your primary care doctor or a specialist. After an initial assessment and physical exam, we'll design a program specifically for you. Procedures are performed on an outpatient basis, allowing you to keep a regular daily routine.
