Slow flow is amazing and Sculpt offers a great cardio and strength training experience. I love the cool scented towels as the end of class, feels more like a spa experience!

I appreciate the variety of classes offered, and the variety of intensity based in instructors. - MMMarcellusOct 1, 20205.0This is the nicest and cleanest yoga studio I have ever been to (and I have been to my fair share). The staff was extremely friendly and their pricing is very reasonable if you are someone who attends yoga frequently and you choose to do the monthly membership. I would highly recommend this studio to both beginners and advanced yogi's. I have not left my house much since March due to COVID-19 so I was nervous signing up for yoga again but I felt very safe within YogaSix an think they have done an excellent job with precautions.
