I'd done yoga prior to joining this studio, but it had been a couple years since I was regularly practicing. Jumping back in with YogaSix was easy and fun. With their instructions I was able to improve my poses in a lot of ways and learn about new ones. I've attended all of the types of classes that are offered with the exception of Sculpt and Flow. I especially like the heated options they offer. I chose to look into YogaSix based on a referral, but firmly decided after seeing their pricing options. YogaSix, not only goes exceedingly out of their way to ensure that my daily experience there is outstanding and personal, but are also experts of their art form. Class sizes are always manageable. The amenities and support that come with my membership are reassuring and plenty. Towels, Support Tools, Hygiene Products, etc are available to use. Everyone on staff has gone out of their way to learn my name and greet me warmly each time I come to the mat. From a technology perspective, Y6 is cutting edge. Signing up for classes from my phone is quick and easy. Their temperature system ensures that classes are at the perfect temp for me to sweat a lot. They even have a neat little essential oil defuser that they bring around at the end of each class. Personally, since returning to yoga, I've found a lot of happiness with my body, in losing some weight and feeling much less stiff in the mornings. The gentle spiritual influences on the class have also helped ease a lot of my personal stresses, improved my day to day outlook, and generally given me a stronger sense of personal motivation. I am delighted to be a part of this sweat tribe.
