  Despite being a new location, they have the folks at this store trained well. They were not only helpful but kept my 9 year old engaged. Thanks Andrew for the great experience.

  I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Maple Grove today. Susan was the employee who helped me out. She was so good at explaining the different frame sizes and types, and together we found a great fit for my face and style. I really appreciate the sizing and bridge information on every frame! The last time I ordered from Warby Parker was before there were any in-person retail stores, and I'm so glad you now have places to go try styles on before buying. My glasses are on my face every single day and they're a big investment for me, so finding what looks and feels good is really important. I'm looking forward to receiving my glasses in the next 2 weeks.

  I had a fantastic experience with Warby Parker here in Maple Grove. I’ve been looking forward to the location opening and was excited when it did. Andrew was fantastic and provided excellent service, advice and expertise. Very kind, friendly and very helpful. I bought three pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I’m very excited to receive them. Thanks for a fantastic experience and I’m so glad you’re here!

  Very helpful employees! They were friendly, patient, attentive, and happy to help. They spent time bringing over frames that I might like based on my personal preferences, and I bought two new pairs of glasses. Highly recommend coming here if you want help picking out styles that flatter your features! I would definitely come back to this specific location. Although I’ve been to other locations in the cities, I experienced the best customer service here.
