  I bought two pairs of very cute and stylish glasses for the price at another store for only one pair. I also purchased contact lenses because they were super reasonable in price. I did stop at a eye glass store before Warby Parker and no one helped me. The minute I walked in at Warby Parker I was helped and not in a pushy way. The customer service person was extremely thoughtful and kind. She was honest and I appreciated another viewpoint. Will definitely go back again and will recommend them to my family.

  I had the best time here! They had the exact glasses I wanted and some other frames I had never thought of trying. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I almost wish I needed more glasses just so I could hang out there more!

  EXCELLENT customer service. They took time, had me try on frames that they thought would look good and provided feedback; they have a huge selection to choose from. I'm so pleased with the whole experience.
