- SSSnort SnotApr 13, 20263.0The staff are very friendly and there are a couple staff that are great at glasses adjustments. I have found that every pair of glasses made, the left bifocal is always at an angle. They fixed it once but my lenses cracked not long after so now I wont have them fix them. One time this year picking up my glasses, the person helping refused to adjust the bows around my ears. Said that he does not ever adjust the bows just nose. So I left with them unadjusted. They also need to order the new frames if requested instead of selling the floor models that are messed up. After many many years even though staff is great, I won't buy glasses there any longer. Will still see the eye dr but will purchase elsewhere.
