- BLbrandon laplantJul 30, 20261.0Edit. The owner did call me over the review. (Which I found to be odd) I didnt want to get into a yelling match over the phone, again, with another person from the store. I had went in to get a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses. Long story short my insurance covers $250. I asked the lady which ones were covered by insurance and she pointed them out. Then after being told I owe over $300 for my regular glasses I ask how to make it cheaper. After she "works her magic" it goes down $100. I have never paid more than $100 for regular glasses. Thats with the expensive lenses. Then after telling her thats not right, she points me to the value section... After I get my bill guess what? She charged me for expensive lenses, 1 year protection on each pair, and numerous other fees. I had to call and get refunded $250. The manager said my sunglasses weren't even billed out properly. Abbie was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not be going back. I hope that answers your questions you had.

When it was time to pick out glasses, the person helping me (I didn’t catch their name but they had the coolest neck tattoo and piercings!) was so fun and really gave me confidence to make the decisions that I was excited about. It was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back to this location!
