When it was time to pick out glasses, the person helping me (I didn’t catch their name but they had the coolest neck tattoo and piercings!) was so fun and really gave me confidence to make the decisions that I was excited about. It was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back to this location!
- TUTom UJun 1, 20261.0Very, very poor communication when dealing with front staff. They didn't order glasses so I had to get through the order process twice! The whole reason I went in. Then reading glasses focal point is off to one side. More frustration. Should've gone elsewhere.
