During my inquiry, the representative repeatedly interrupted my questions, steered the conversation away from my concerns, and used patronizing tactics to cut me off before initial issues were addressed. Furthermore, the offered transfer process is inefficient and typically requires customers to restart inquiries from the beginning with subsequent departments. Due to this poor experience and lack of active listening, I contacted an alternative branch under the same brand that successfully addressed my service needs and chose to take my business there. Follow-up Thank you for the reply, but let's be clear: this isn't a matter of my 'experience' being emotional; it is a matter of unprofessional conduct, constant interruptions, and a broken transfer process by your staff. Providing a generic customer care link doesn't fix the fact that the manager at this specific location allows staff to dismiss and patronize customers. I’ve already taken my business to a functional branch, but future customers deserve to know that your staff's communication issues are being brushed off as a 'feelings' problem rather than fixed.
