  My mom had a fall and needed someone to assist her to the bathroom at night and ensure her safety. I called Matt and he quickly set up an assessment and got us set up with overnights within 24 hours. Our main caregiver was Mariam and she was great - our family really appreciated her calm, attentive manner. We worked with Home Instead and Mariam specifically for several months and found them to be very caring and responsive to our evolving needs.

  I cannot say enough good things about the care and professionalism we have experienced with Home Instead. When my mom’s needs changed and she required more support, navigating everything from a distance felt overwhelming. The Home Instead team made an incredibly difficult time much easier for our family. They communicate clearly, answer questions promptly, and take the time to explain things so that family members feel informed and supported. Knowing that there are reliable professionals helping oversee my mom’s care has provided enormous peace of mind. What stands out most is the genuine kindness and respect shown to my mom. The caregivers treat her with dignity and patience, and it’s clear they truly care about the people they serve—not just the tasks they perform. When you’re trying to make the best decisions for a parent, trust matters more than anything. Home Instead has earned that trust, and I’m very grateful for the support they have provided to my family during a challenging transition. Highly recommend.

  We've engaged Home Instead for just over two months. Thus far, we couldn't be happier with both the care our father is receiving, as well as the management providing the services. They have a very well-rounded understanding of the care they need to provide, the comfort of the person needing care, and the laws and responsibilities that caregivers need to address. In brief, they are upfront about what they can do, what they can't do, and the costs. My family appreciates the transparency, and my father loves the care.
