  Corepower Maple Grove is an exceptional place. I have been going for about 1.5 years after struggling to find somewhere to workout that felt perfect for me and my schedule. The facility is well managed and very clean. All of the instructors are truly amazing individuals. They do great job at making you feel seen and encouraging you during workouts in positive ways. They have fun classes built into the schedule to change things up and have classes for all moods and body types. They have classes that work well for people working a full time job too! I highly recommend it! I have been to other studios and nothing compares to the Maple Grove location!

  Instructors are very friendly and understand that everyone has different needs and strengths. They are encouraging and allow growth to happen in each person at their own pace. I am liking the challenge and the positive changes happening in my body and mind. I would certainly want to share this experience with my near and dears. Stretch, sweat, breathe, repeat!

  I took my first class at CorePower Yoga in Maple Grove and had a great experience. I attended a CorePower Yoga 2 class with Michelle, and she was an excellent instructor. Her cues and instructions were clear, easy to follow, and helped me feel confident throughout the class, even as a first-time participant.
