  Had some issues my first go around which they took care of. Had to go back and get a lens redone BUT I didn’t even realize it they were under warranty and they were super friendly and this new pair of lenses is absolutely perfect.

  A couple of weeks ago I wanted to get a new pair of glasses quickly before a vacation, to replace a pair that I had lost. I decided to try out Eyemart Express, and I am so glad that I did! I was helped by Rima, who is excellent at her job! After spending about a half hour looking through all of the glasses on display, I chose the two that I liked best. I asked for her opinion, and she helped me find a different pair that I liked even better and fit my face better. That kind of care and service is rare these days! She was very friendly and personable and very meticulous in making sure that my glasses were fit correctly. The glasses were made in 47 minutes, while I ran an errand nearby! My husband really likes my new glasses and said that they fit so naturally that he hardly notices that I am wearing them. I will be back and I will be recommending Eyemart Express to my family and friends!

  The service was great. The two pairs of eyeglasses were made in 52 minutes. Having same day pickup was awesome!

  09/10/26 9am. Emily greeted me at the door. Emily asked how she could help me. My lenses are deeply scratched i replied. We discussed options. New frames, lenses. Emily showed me frame options, measurements, lens options. All said and done. Quality product, at affordable prices, professional/ Excellent customer service. Very comfortable to work with. My glasses were ready under an hour. Power staff on-site. My age is 75.

  Had a great experience with Emily, I went in to get my broken frames fixed, left with a new frame, glasses case and my sunglasses fixed (didn’t even ask she just offered because she saw I had a missing nose pad). 10/10 service.
