  When I had not been in the store for two years, I was treated like I was a criminal when I wanted to do a style change.They don't stick behind their product.They shouldn't have a policy if you can't use it.They shouldn't make you feel dumb!!!

  One hour to make my glasses. Everything is very clear and the glasses fit perfectly.The cost was lower than I expected.

  I broke my glasses and needed new ones ASAP and they came through with a quick appointment and turn around. I walked out with 2 pair of glasses for $250. Fabulous people

  Spoke to a woman receptionist on 02/07/2026 at 9:40 am, who literally hung up on me after I asked why my Canadian eye exam prescription can’t be used to purchase contacts. I was willing to get the contact lens exam done. Unbelievable. TERRIBLE customer service.
